ARNIS KNIGHTS

It is a 2 person strategic game played on a + shaped grid. Players White and Black play in turns. The main purpose of this game is to introduce chess to the very young. The game starts with the 2white knights with their King in the middle and 2 black knights with  black in the middle are placed in the 3 end cells at the 2 ends which are referred to as Home cells. The aim of the game is for the white king to reach the Black Home cells and for the black king to do likewise . Whichever king does it first wins the game. White moves 

The rules are

1. The knights move and the kings move are the same as in Chess.

2. No king can ever die, but he can not move to occupy a cell which is under threat. 

3. Knights can remove knights.

The moves are made like chess and so also capturing. 0
